Stabilization (type ll reprocessing)

Stabilization (type ll reprocessing)

Type II recycling is a rehabilitation and reinforcement process for a heavily degraded pavement. By using the materials in place, this intervention stabilizes and homogenizes the subgrade.

It significantly increases the bearing capacity of the road. This granular material stabilized with foamed bitumen or bitumen emulsion, with the addition of hydraulic binder, generates an excellent intermediate material between the sub-base and the asphalt.

Our company has been using this technique for more than 20 years and very good results have been observed over the years.
